Did You See Your New Property Tax Assessment??

Hi,

I hope you’ve been doing well! I wanted to check in now that the county tax assessments have been mailed out. Many homeowners are just now getting a look at their 2025 assessed values — and some are surprised by what they see.

If you’ve received yours and have any questions about how your home’s value was determined or whether it seems in line with others in the area, I’m happy to help. I’ve been reviewing assessments for several clients already and can put together a quick comparison for you if you'd like.

Even if you're not looking to appeal, it’s always good to know where your home stands—especially with how much the market has shifted over the past year.

Also, if there’s anything else I can help with—home updates, contractors, or even a fresh idea of your home’s current market value—just let me know!

Always happy to be a resource.

Warmly,
Shane Stevens
